We are working with a well‑established regional law firm in active growth mode that is seeking associate‑level attorneys to support expanding practice groups. The firm is known for its strong culture, long‑term investment in attorneys, and a clear path for professional development.

The firm is targeting associates with 2–5+ years of experience.

Schedule: Hybrid flexibility available; first ~90 days fully in office for training and integration
Billables: 1,700 hours
Professional Development: Strong emphasis on mentorship, feedback, and long‑term growth
