  • e:3-5+ years in technical end user, application, or desktop suppo
  • rtAbility to work L1 & L2 tickets / shoulder taps, even up to the network, infrastructure, or app support level, along with imaging, troubleshooting, hardware/software, mobile, et
  • c.Comfortable working in a regulated onsite (manufacturing), environment & service blue-collar end users with diverse technical sco
  • peAbility to deal with ambiguity and independently manage projects while juggling one-off requests, independence and reliability are huge!
