In this role, you will convey complex clinical, access & reimbursement information to customers and key stakeholders so that all appropriate patients can benefit from therapy. You must be able to utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust that allow for directed probing to uncover the customer's needs and develop solutions within the company framework that meet these needs. This position works closely with cross functional peers to ensure that company suite of services is made available as appropriate.


You will educate and engage key clinical stakeholders, drive territory performance, and ensure appropriate patients can access treatment. This is a high‑impact role within a pioneering therapeutic area, operating as part of a national market‑facing team.


About the Role

  • Lead education and engagement with transplant centres, Hematology/Oncology specialists, and key decision makers across the Central Territory.
  • Communicate complex clinical, access, and reimbursement information clearly and credibly.
  • Build strong relationships to accurately understand customer needs and offer solutions within established frameworks.
  • Navigate reimbursement and specialty‑product fulfilment pathways to support patient access.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional peers across medical, market access, and commercial operations.
  • Interpret territory analytics to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Travel minimum 50% across the Central Territory


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years in the transplant or Hematology/Oncology market (hematology preferred).
  • Proven record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Strong clinical communication capabilities.
  • High learning agility supporting multiple brands and complex therapeutic areas.
  • Prior experience working within an account‑team environment.
  • Understanding of reimbursement pathways for specialty products.
  • Ability to analyse territory data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong account management and customer‑service orientation.
  • Self‑driven, solutions‑focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the continental U.S.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s licence.
