About the role:
Zelena Marketing is a Google Ads consulting practice working with established retail and consumer brands. We are looking for a Junior Account Manager who is comfortable in the platform, fluent with data, and ready to own real work on real accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building, measuring, and improving, not just reporting.
What you’ll do:
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance, and flag opportunities to improve
• Pull and analyze performance data from Google Ads and Google Sheets
• Build clear reports and weekly performance summaries for client review
• Support client communication, including updates, recaps, and follow-ups
• Keep accounts organized, accurate, and audit-ready
What we’re looking for
• Hands-on experience managing paid search or ad buying
• Strong comfort with data analysis (Google Sheets or Excel, and ideally Looker Studio)
• Clear, professional written communication
• Sharp attention to detail and a self-directed work style
• The judgment to know what matters in a sea of metrics
Nice to have
• Google Ads certification
• Experience with retail, e-commerce, or enterprise clients
• Familiarity with Performance Max and Demand Gen surfaces
