IT Technical Specialist

Job Description:

Weyco Group, Inc., a global footwear distributor, has a full-time position available at corporate headquarters located just minutes from downtown Milwaukee. We are currently seeking a team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and interact professionally with all employee levels is a must. Candidates must be able to simplify and explain technical concepts to non-technical end-users and work on a flexible schedule. The patience to comprehend and perform remote phone support is necessary.

Duties may include:

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in an office & warehouse environment for 150+ PC and mobile devices
• Maintain and configure Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft O365 products
• Technical Support of 200+ users in an Office and Warehouse environment
• Remote Support for our Sales Team, Remote Offices, and Retail Store Locations
• Support and maintain laser printers and thermal label printers
• Configure, support, and maintain mobile scanning devices
• Perform physical moves of computer equipment and IT devices
• Smart Phone support (iOS and Android)
• Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base relating to new product rollouts, existing products and new technology

Requirements:

• Entry Level support role that included installation and maintenance of PC/Mac hardware and software
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft O365 products
• Knowledge of Mac OS, mobile OS, and mobile scanners a plus
• Must be able to track and document processes, problem resolution and history
• 2-4 four year degree is preferred with certifications
