Job Title: Integration Specialist - Healthcare (EMR/EHR)

Compensation:
Up to $120,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement EMR integration workflows utilizing platforms such as MIRTH Connect and Azure cloud services.
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to define system requirements and ensure successful deployment.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to uphold system stability.
- Document integration architecture, aligning with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with hospital IT teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth system connection and data exchange.
- Provide technical guidance and support during customer onboarding, ensuring high satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Offer comprehensive training and clear documentation to support ongoing system usage and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration or software development, preferably within healthcare or MedTech environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with EMR integration platforms such as MIRTH Connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, or WSO2.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL databases, and cloud services, particularly Azure.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, SFTP, REST API, and VPN connectivity protocols.
- Experience working within regulated settings (HIPAA compliance familiarity is advantageous).
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and hospital operational workflows.
