Key Responsibilities:
• Install and set up computers, printers, and other devices
• Install and verify software (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
• Handle network setup and user data migration
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform minor repairs or escalate complex issues
Required Skills:
• Microsoft Windows (Desktop OS)
• Microsoft 365
• SCCM
• Active Directory
• Basic security tools (Trellix ENS)
• Printer setup (LPR printing)
