IT Support Specialist (Creative & Office Support)OverviewWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced, multi-brand fashion and design environment. This role supports a high-volume user base working heavily in Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Workspace across both macOS and Windows systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting creative teams, understands the unique challenges of design workflows, and can troubleshoot issues related to large files, shared storage, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support (Primary Focus)- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees across design, production, and business teams
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- macOS and Windows systems
- Printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Wi-Fi and network connectivity
- Deliver fast, professional support in a high-demand environment
Creative Software Support- Support users working in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Troubleshoot common issues such as:
- File performance and crashes
- Font and plugin issues
- Sync and storage-related problems
- Assist with installation, updates, and licensing issues
Account & Access Support- Assist with onboarding and offboarding:
- Set up user accounts (Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
- Configure laptops and workstations for new hires
- Execute access changes and permissions updates under direction of systems administration
- Help ensure users have proper access to shared drives, systems, and applications
Hardware & Device Setup- Prepare and deploy laptops (Mac and Windows) for employees
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories
Basic Networking & Storage Support- Assist with troubleshooting connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
- Support users accessing shared storage (e.g., network drives, NAS systems like Synology)
- Help resolve file access, permissions, and sync-related issues
Documentation & Process Support- Document common issues and solutions
- Follow standardized IT procedures for onboarding, offboarding, and support
- Help maintain organized records of users and devices
Qualifications- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
- Familiarity with:
- Google Workspace
- Adobe Creative Cloud (strongly preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking (Wi-Fi, IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Experience- Experience supporting design or creative teams
- Familiarity with large file workflows and shared storage environments
- Experience with NAS systems (e.g., Synology) or network file shares
- Experience in a fashion, creative, or production environment
