Position Overview
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing technology-focused projects that align with our annual business plan and strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in a multi-year ERP implementation initiative, driving projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of business objectives. The IT Project Manager partners cross-functionally, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively drives solutions that support organizational success.
What You Will Do
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication updates
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate project status
- Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and outcomes
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What You Offer Us
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in business solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
