- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for demand response initiatives, detailing features, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful development and launch of demand response products.
- Market Research: Conduct market and customer research to gather insights on energy consumption patterns, demand response opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards for demand response solutions.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve demand response products and meet user needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, such as energy savings and customer participation rates, to inform decision- making and strategy adjustments.
