IT Onsite Technician

Role:


  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
  • Printer support (Installation)
  • Conference Room support (Equipment setup and troubleshooting)
  • Network support (standard patching and cabling)
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, standard corporate software (VPN, AV, Office 365, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Mac OS would be a plus
  • Basic support for Mobile devices, Meeting rooms equipment, MF Printers,
  • Able to work under pressure/busy environment
  • This role is a Salary Non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,100.00 USD.
