L2 IT Onsite Technician

Role:

Hemmersbach is hiring an Onsite L2 Technician to provide advanced IT support at client sites. The role focuses on resolving escalated issues, supporting end-user devices, and ensuring high service quality in an enterprise environment.


Job Tasks:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Handle L2 escalations from Service Desk
  • Perform hardware replacements and device setup
  • Support imaging, deployments, and upgrades
  • Manage and update tickets within SLA
  • Document work and support L1 technicians


Requirements:


  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Strong Windows OS and Active Directory knowledge
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Experience with ticketing and imaging tools
  • Good communication and customer service skills
