ABOUT THE JOB
The Inventory & Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our dealer network. This position partners closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and cross-functional teams to manage and optimize dealer inventory levels, onboard new dealers, and drive continuous improvement across the inventory model.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal teams and external dealer partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As the Inventory & Sales Support Coordinator, you will:
- Partner with the Business Development Manager to onboard new dealers, support order entry, and adjust Min/Max inventory levels based on current stock and market needs.
- Compile and submit Min/Max uploads or input changes into the Positec portal accurately and on time.
- Validate and optimize replenishment quantities in collaboration with the field sales team, based on dealer categorization and regional market trends.
- Coordinate special event and product trial inventory requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and tracking.
- Review sales forecasts, trends, and advertising strategies to maintain appropriate target inventory levels.
- Manage obsolete and slow-moving inventory by developing action plans aligned with company guidelines.
- Coordinate and reconcile dealer return requests, ensuring accurate processing and resolution.
- Lead sales and inventory reconciliation efforts, including stock counts, issue resolution, and documentation of unrecorded sales in partnership with dealers and the sales team.
- Analyze and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate data across systems such as HubSpot, KDP, KPP, SAP, and other tools; generate actionable reports and provide insights to Operations leadership.
- Assist in developing and executing inventory-related training for sales teams and dealers, both virtually and in person.
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and dealer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives.
- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
ABOUT YOU

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Experience in customer journey and pipeline management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
