SENIOR MANAGER, INTEGRATED MARKETING
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and seasonal launch strategies for a consumer lifestyle brand. This role will serve as the strategic connector across cross-functional teams, ensuring campaigns launch cohesively across all channels while driving both brand engagement and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker, brand storyteller, and operational leader — someone who can translate consumer insights, product positioning, and business priorities into clear, compelling 360° marketing plans.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy & Integrated Planning
- Lead the development of integrated campaign platforms and seasonal go-to-market strategies across multiple consumer touchpoints
- Build comprehensive activation plans spanning social, influencer, PR, ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and in-store experiences
- Create strategic campaign briefs rooted in consumer insights, brand positioning, and channel-specific direction
- Own and manage integrated marketing calendars, launch timing, and cross-functional campaign sequencing
- Develop messaging frameworks and content matrices to ensure consistency across all channels and stages of the customer journey
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the central point of alignment across product, merchandising, ecommerce, retail, PR, social, influencer, and creative teams
- Partner with product and merchandising teams to translate product launches and innovation into compelling consumer-facing narratives
- Collaborate with retail and ecommerce partners to support both sell-in and sell-through strategies
- Lead integrated planning meetings, launch reviews, and campaign kickoffs to ensure teams remain aligned and informed
- Build presentations and executive-level summaries that clearly communicate campaign strategy, priorities, and performance
Consumer & Channel Strategy
- Bring a strong understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and the evolving marketing landscape into campaign planning
- Maintain fluency across the full channel mix, understanding how each platform contributes to the broader consumer journey
- Help shape campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and long-term brand affinity
Performance & Optimization
- Partner with analytics and channel teams to measure campaign effectiveness across brand and business KPIs
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and recommendations for future launches
- Continuously improve integrated marketing processes, workflows, and planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign strategy within a consumer, retail, or lifestyle brand environment
- Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Strong understanding of social, influencer, PR, ecommerce, retail, and wholesale marketing channels
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and brief-writing skills
- Experience managing complex timelines, campaign calendars, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to balance big-picture brand thinking with operational execution and commercial objectives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Experience developing retail or wholesale marketing plans is a plus
