Insolvency and Restructuring Associate

A leading Am Law 100 practice is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its premier Insolvency and Restructuring team in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex and high-profile matters alongside a nationally recognised group of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in and out of bankruptcy court, including workouts, asset acquisitions, DIP financing, and motion practice.
• Advise a wide range of stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
• Manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, including workouts, asset acquisitions, DIP financing, and motion practice.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and efficiently.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar is required.
• A J.D. from an accredited law school.
