Experience Required:
4 to 6 years of experience in special situations and/or bankruptcy and restructuring at a leading firm.
Experience must include work on large, complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructuring matters.
Core Requirements:
Strong understanding of restructuring principles.
Exposure to transactional aspects of restructurings, including negotiating plans, financing arrangements, asset sales, restructuring support agreements, and liability management transactions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong judgment and ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters with increasing responsibility.
Strong academic credentials in law coursework from a top-tier law school.
