Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base + commission/bonus
Overview
Results-driven inside sales role focused on inbound and outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals via phone and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales activity
- Qualify leads, identify needs, and present solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from contact to close
- Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Maintain accurate CRM records (NetSuite)
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams
Qualifications
- 2–5 years inside sales experience
- Proven quota achievement
- Strong communication and phone skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong organization and time management
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
