Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX, for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves actively engaging with potential clients to drive sales, generate leads, and manage accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, building strong client relationships, and handling customer service inquiries. Additionally, you will help schools achieve their promotional goals by promoting our media and advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients.
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
• Account Management experience to ensure clients' long-term success and handle inquiries effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales or advertising services is a plus.
