High-Ticket Sales Representative – Wellness Clinics

Location: American Fork, UT · Full-time · W2


Close warm, inbound, high-ticket deals with motivated wellness clinic owners. Build a six-figure income helping practitioners get better outcomes for their clients. (On-Site is preferred but optional).


About Us

We provide wellness clinic owners with a bioenergetic testing system and implementation training so they can get better results for their patients, increase cash-pay revenue, and stand out in their markets. We’re already doing millions per year and are now bringing sales fully in-house to keep up with demand.


The Role

This is a full-cycle, in-office sales role. You’ll take 100% inbound leads (no cold prospecting for now), consult with clinic owners, run structured discovery, present our solution, and close high-ticket deals over phone and Zoom.

You’ll own the relationship from first conversation through closed-won, then hand off cleanly to onboarding.


What You’ll Do

  • Run 3–6 booked calls per day with qualified inbound clinic owners.
  • Diagnose their current business, revenue, and patient outcomes to see if we’re a fit.
  • Deliver a clear, confident pitch of our testing system + training.
  • Handle high-ticket objections (cash flow, staff, “timing,” etc.) and close on the call.
  • Keep HubSpot (or our CRM) clean: notes, next steps, and pipeline stages updated daily.
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue and close-rate targets.


What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Consistently shows up, runs the play, and follows the script + process.
  • Maintains a strong show rate on the calendar and same-day follow-up on no-shows.
  • Hits ramp targets on: calls held, close rate, and revenue generated.
  • Becomes a trusted advisor for clinic owners, not a “pushy” salesperson.


Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Proven high-ticket closing experience (ideally $5K+ offers).
  • Comfortable running structured consultative calls and asking direct money questions.
  • Coachable, competitive, and numbers-driven (you like seeing your name at the top of the board).


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Background or strong interest in holistic / functional health.
  • B2B sales experience selling to business owners or clinics.


Compensation

  • W2 employee.
  • OTE: $160,000+ in year one for reps who hit target.
