Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to grow assigned accounts
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to recommend appropriate product solutions
- Deliver virtual and on-site product presentations and training as needed
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account documentation in Salesforce CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations, production, and customer service teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of inside sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
