Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between customer accounts, regional sales teams, service representatives, and internal departments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries to support order conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively support customer needs.
- Generate sales orders for aftermarket parts in collaboration with outside sales teams.
- Update and manage CRM data for assigned accounts.
- Prepare cost estimates and follow up on pricing requests.
- Address customer concerns, including complaints, returns, and adjustments in a timely manner.
- Support resolution of accounts receivable issues.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (industrial parts industry preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
