Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Hybrid | Norton Shores, MI
Contract: 4-5 months
Pay: $19-23/hr
Benefits: Vision, Dental, Health, 401k
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day customer service support via phone and email
- Assist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a similar office-based role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or with industrial parts distribution is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
- High school diploma or GED required
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Must be comfortable working onsite
