Customer Service Representative – Temp to Hire

Putnam, CT | $21.63–$26.44/hr | M–F, 8am–5pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support key customer accounts and act as a liaison between sales, production, and clients. This role focuses on order management, quoting, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, orders, and pricing
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and sales team
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, shipping, purchasing)
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and issue resolution
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
