Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greer, SC, for an Inside Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts. As an inside sales representative, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our company by establishing relationships and marketing our company’s brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional. You’ll actively pursue customer orders, and the fulfillment of customers’ metric fastener needs according to Eurolink’s policy and procedures.  

Qualifications

• We’re looking for candidates with at least 3-years of inside sales experience. Experience with metric fasteners is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong skills in Account Management to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage professionally with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Inxsql, an ERP system tailored to the fastener industry, is highly preferred but not required.
