What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and web leads (no cold-call dungeon here)
- Respond fast — because speed wins
- Recommend the right service with confidence
- Handle objections without panicking
- Ask for the sale (yes, actually ask)
- Book jobs accurately in our system
- Follow up on warm leads
- Track your numbers like they matter (because they do)

Compensation
- Tiered commission structure
- The better you perform, the higher your commission rate
- Outbound efforts = double commission
- Realistic earning potential: $55,000–$80,000+
