Inside Sales Associate - $60k-$65k/annually!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Inside Sales Associate for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $60k-$65k/annually! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!


Responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Associate oversees assigned customer accounts and programs, driving revenue growth by nurturing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing outstanding service.


  • Establish sales objectives and promote account growth by developing trusted partnerships with both existing and new customers.
  • Present and demonstrate product and service value to prospective and current customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage customer quotation requests by working with Estimating, reviewing finalized quotes, delivering proposals, and negotiating terms when necessary.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and program execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to support new product introductions and ensure efficient implementation through established procedures.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close while maintaining an active opportunity pipeline.
  • Compile and interpret sales data to prepare reports and insights for management.
  • Address and help resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and current customer information and activity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.


Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule/Shift Details: 8:00am-5:00pm


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and technical sales background.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PC use.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as other sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply business reports and key metrics from company databases.
