Position Overview
HYBE America is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong end-user support experience, excellent communication skills, and a background supporting environments that include recording studios and audio/visual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting both Mac and Windows users in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for both Mac and Windows users (onsite and remote support as needed)
- Troubleshoot, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations
- Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for device enrollment, configuration, policy enforcement, and compliance
- Support Google Workspace services (Gmail, Drive, Google Groups, etc.)
- Support Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support printers, scanners, and print services
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning and device setup
- Support and troubleshoot AV and production equipment for conference rooms and recording studios.
- Maintain documentation for systems, troubleshooting procedures, and IT processes
- Coordinate with vendors when needed
- Ensure IT best practices are followed for security, patching, and device management
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of overall IT experience
- Strong experience supporting both Mac and Windows environments
- Hands-on experience building and deploying laptops and end-user devices
- Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar)
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Google Workspace
- Experience supporting conference rooms, printers, and office hardware
- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Network+ certification
- Familiarity with IT documentation and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to support needs
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
It’s a bonus if you have
- Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written)
- Experience supporting recording studio environments
- Strong A/V troubleshooting experience (Sonos systems, conferencing equipment, studio hardware/software)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written)

Salary Range
The salary range for this job is $78,000-$90,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
