Information Technology Operations Specialist

Duration: 12-month contract to hire

Location: On-site in Nashville, TN

Compensation: $30-$38/hr. (depending on experience)

Description:

Our team is seeking an Associate IT Analyst local to Nashville, TN. This is a hands‑on, operational role focused on mobile device lifecycle management, utilization auditing, and technology readiness across a growing healthcare enterprise.

The key responsibilities include:

• Perform usage audits
• Support technology readiness for expansions and newly acquired facilities
• Ensure devices, carriers, and configurations are in place ahead of go‑lives
• Provide white‑glove customer service to physicians, nurses, administrators, and hospital staff
• Build strong working relationships with end users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar
• Excel knowledge and experience
