Manager of IT – Business Applications (ERP, WMS, CRM)
We are a growing biotechnology/pharmaceutical company seeking a hands-on Manager of IT – Business Applications to lead the strategy, development, and support of our core enterprise systems. This role will be responsible for driving the vision and roadmap for our business applications landscape, with a focus on Netsuite, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and business platforms.
This individual will play a key leadership role in aligning technology with business needs, ensuring systems scale effectively as the organization grows and evolves.
Salary: 190-210k
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and govern all NetSuite implementation partners and SuiteApp vendors with clear accountability and sustainability standards
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for business applications, including ERP, WMS, CRM, and related integrations
- Partner closely with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to translate needs into scalable technology solutions
- Manage and mentor a small IT applications team while remaining actively hands-on with system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Lead implementation, enhancement, and integration of enterprise applications
- Drive process improvements through automation, system optimization, and data integrity initiatives
- Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and SaaS solutions
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance in a regulated biotech/pharma environment
- Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for application lifecycle management
