Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID migration projects across global teams
- Develop and execute structured project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT Security, Infrastructure, and Business Units
- Drive adoption of modern workplace technologies aligned with enterprise objectives
Microsoft 365 & Identity Operations
- Oversee design, deployment, and management of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) operations, including identity lifecycle and access management
- Monitor system health, performance, and service availability with regular reporting
- Support and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities with proper identity and access controls
Strategic Initiatives
- Lead initiatives related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft 365 integration
- Drive implementation of Microsoft 365 E5 security and compliance features
- Contribute to the organization’s cloud-first infrastructure and identity strategy
- Ensure solutions are scalable, future-ready, and aligned with modern cloud architecture
Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 environments
- Define policies for Microsoft 365 Groups, ownership structures, and lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
- Align identity governance with enterprise security and risk management frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 migration and implementation projects
- Strong background in IT Project Management within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security protocols
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 E5 security and compliance suite
- Exposure to global enterprise environments and large-scale transformations
- Certifications such as PMP, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or related
