💰 Compensation: $33.63 – $50/hour (based on experience)
🔍 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Certified Analyst II with strong knowledge of Epic Ambulatory workflows. This role combines system build, optimization, and end-user collaboration to support high-quality patient care.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Beacon and Ambulatory applications
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and support production maintenance
- Lead system testing, upgrades, and go-live activities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned modules
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve workflows
- Conduct training sessions and support end users
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
✅ Required Qualifications
- Epic Beacon certification (required)
- Epic Ambulatory certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, IT, or health information systems
- (or equivalent Analyst I experience)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
