The Industrial Plastic Painter applies high-quality paint finishes to Class A plastic components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on achieving durable, consistent, and visually appealing finishes using industrial spraying techniques and careful surface preparation. You will work hands-on with paints, coatings, and related equipment while contributing to a precision-driven, quality-focused production team.
Responsibilities
You will join a large, stable organization that still maintains an intimate, community-oriented feel. The company invests in people who want a long-term career rather than just a job, offering clear opportunities for growth and rapid upskilling. You will receive training to build and expand your painting skills, with pathways to advance your capabilities over time. The culture values reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork, creating an environment where your contributions are recognized and your development is a priority.
Work Environment
The role is based in a large manufacturing facility that maintains a close-knit, supportive atmosphere. You will work around paint booths, spray guns, and plastic components, with a noticeable paint and plastic smell that is present but not harsh. The environment includes typical warehouse and manufacturing conditions, such as moderate noise levels and active production areas. You will spend most of the day on your feet, standing and walking, and handling materials and components weighing up to 25 pounds. Standard industrial attire and appropriate personal protective equipment are required to ensure safety and comfort while working with paints, coatings, and related equipment.
