$18–$20 per hour | Temporary Project Assignment

We are seeking skilled Painters to support interior painting and touch‑up work for a short‑term facility preparation project. This role focuses on interior walls and hallways and is ideal for painters with experience in residential or commercial environments who take pride in clean, professional finishes.

In addition to painting, you may assist the facility maintenance team with light labor tasks to help ensure buildings are fully prepared before student arrival.

Schedule & Assignment Details

• Duration: Approximately 2.5 months
• Start: Immediately through early August
• Hours:
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Possible shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed
• Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform interior painting and touch‑ups in hallways and common areas
• Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to achieve clean, consistent finishes
• Assist with paint preparation, including surface prep and protection
• Support the maintenance team by moving furniture and completing basic repairs
• Perform general labor tasks to help complete the project on schedule
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of interior painting experience (residential or commercial)
• Experience with brush and roller work; spray gun experience preferred
• Familiarity with commercial painting environments
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving furniture
• Reliability and commitment to completing the full 2.5‑month assignment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
