Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Assemblers to support the assembly of plane de‑icers, aircraft tow vehicles, cargo loading systems, airport gate equipment, and military equipment.

Assemblers may work in one or more departments such as Loader, Deicer, or Tractor, with opportunities for cross‑training.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Use hand and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, grinders, files, etc.)
  • Build mechanical connections using nuts, bolts, washers, and screws
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Perform self‑audits and inspect completed work using drawings
  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Strong hand and power tool proficiency
  • Electrical experience required (non‑IPC / no small soldering)
Shift
  • Monday – Friday
  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Industrial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking Industrial Painters to apply coatings to manufactured parts while ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards. Candidates with auto‑body painting, powder coating, or sandblasting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Apply industrial coatings using spray guns and related equipment
  • Prepare parts through sanding, blasting, and grit blasting
  • Complete VOC and quality documentation
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure finish quality
  • Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
  • Industrial painting or auto‑body painting experience
  • Familiarity with spray gun operation and paint prep
  • Sanding, blasting, or powder coating experience
  • Entry to intermediate experience levels considered
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in auto‑body painting, industrial painting, or sandblasting
  • Technical, vocational, or military training is a plus
  • Ability to pass Respirator Fit & Pulmonary Function Testing
Shift
  • Monday – Friday
  • Must be open to starting between 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM
  • Shifts end at 1:30 PM or 3:30 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays as production requires

Work Environment

  • Large, air‑conditioned industrial manufacturing facility
  • Occasional time spent outdoors retrieving materials from the yard

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
