Are you a focused, driven, and highly organized sales leader with deep experience in industrial automation and leading a dynamic sales team? We are looking for an Automation Sales Manager to continue our growth in central Florida — be the strategic face of Rexel to new and existing industrial customers.
Our Central region serves a diverse customer mix — entertainment, food & beverage, and aerospace among others — so experience across those industries is a strong advantage. As a Rockwell Automation partner, we practice outcome-based selling: you'll translate customer objectives into measurable results by pairing Rockwell and complementary technologies into tailored, value-driven solutions.

Summary:
The Industrial Automation Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy to expand the Automation business within assigned region/territory with existing customers and to acquire new customers.
