Role Overview

Performs hands-on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of low-voltage (under 600V) electrical and instrumentation systems within a wastewater/industrial facility. Supports automation systems and advises on electrical and control system improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment
  • Troubleshoot motors, MCCs, VFDs, starters, transformers, relays, PLCs, RTUs, and control systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components
  • Test, align, and calibrate equipment to specifications
  • Support automation system design changes and upgrades
  • May participate in rotating on-call/standby shifts


Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of industrial electrical and/or instrumentation installation and maintenance experience
  • Ability to work on low-voltage systems (under 600V)
  • Journeyman Electrical License (required within 1 year of hire)
  • Valid Florida Class E Driver’s License


Compensation:

$81,000 to $99,000 per year annual salary. [If client has provided an exact salary, then no need to use a range; also, if the client has provided an hourly rate, then use same hourly language from the Contract/Contract-to-Hire section above.]
