The Industrial and Automotive Business Development Sr. Director is a critical global leadership position responsible for shaping and executing our business development strategy across key industrial sectors, including automation, video and vision, automotive, robotics, humanoid, and autonomous vehicles. This role involves deep market and customer understanding, driving growth initiatives, nurturing strategic partnerships, and leading solution creation to ensure our continued success and industry leadership.Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
10+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation, automotive, robotics, FPGA or related fields.
Proven track record in business development, strategy, or commercial leadership roles.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in industrial and automotive sectors.
Experience building and managing high-impact relationships with key customers and partners.
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and solution development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with advanced technologies such as Intelligent sensors, computer vision, FuSa, Security, AI/ML, Industrial Connectivity, Motor Control ,or autonomous systems.
Global business development experience and multicultural team leadership.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Established network within industrial and automotive sectors.
