Position Overview


VITRONIC Machine Vision is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager – Automated Traffic Enforcement to lead complex, high-impact implementation projects within our traffic safety and transportation solutions portfolios. In this role, you act as a bridge between strategic planning and practical execution, ensuring that all projects meet strategic objectives, remain on schedule, and adhere to budgetary and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and customer stakeholders to translate technical and operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions and ensure seamless implementation in real-world transportation environment.


The Senior Implementation Manager – Automated Traffic Enforcement reports to the Director, Operations, Services and Project Management



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, including system integration, quality assurance, and client onboarding/migration for transportation and traffic safety enforcement solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during program implementation for municipalities, Departments of Transportation, and government agencies, providing transparent updates on scope, schedule, risks, and milestones.
  • Act as the central liaison between public sector clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication, regulatory alignment, and high client satisfaction.
  • Define and execute program implementation roadmaps, aligning priorities across engineering, product, client services, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations throughout the program implementation lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, engineers, architects, developers, QA, operations, and customer support to deliver scalable transportation technology solutions.
  • Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement to enhance program delivery efficiency and outcomes.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, and reporting to optimize performance, transparency, and accountability.
  • Manage resources, budgets, timelines, and risk frameworks across multiple large-scale public sector projects.
  • Oversee development of project documentation, training programs, and user materials to support successful implementation and adoption by government stakeholders.
  • Lead change management efforts, evaluating impacts to cost, schedule, and quality, and communicating implications to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure successful transition of implemented transportation and traffic safety enforcement systems to operations for long-term support and service continuity.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, improve processes, and strengthen future program delivery.
  • When applicable, together with Sales, identify opportunities to expand transportation solutions and government service offerings within existing municipal and DOT partnerships.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring deliverables meet regulatory requirements and exceed expectations of public sector clients.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Government services and/or transportation solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects from initiation to completion with measurable success.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of varying sizes.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate harmonious business relationships across functions and at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations and the corporate office as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with traffic safety, automated photo enforcement, or technology-driven solutions.
