About the Role

Hahn Loeser is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney with 1–2 years of experience to join its growing immigration practice. This position offers hands-on experience handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B petitions, TN applications, O and P visa renewals, and E-2 visa embassy processing.

This role will work closely with experienced immigration attorneys, gaining exposure to case strategy, client advising, and end-to-end petition preparation. The position provides meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney seeking to build a strong foundation in business immigration law while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Recent law school graduates with relevant immigration experience, including clinic work or internships, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 1–2 years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, TN, O, P, and E-2 visas preferred
• Recent graduates with substantive immigration law coursework, clinic participation, or internship experience will be considered
• Admission to any U.S. state bar is required
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with corporate clients and foreign nationals

Hahn Loeser offers a competitive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience. Associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
