Immigration Attorney (Contract) – Master Calendar Hearing Coverage | Charlotte, NC | $60/hr


A national immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to appear in person at the Charlotte Immigration Court to cover a Master Calendar Hearing (MCH) in April, 2026.


This is a great opportunity to work with a respected national firm while receiving paid training and ongoing support from experienced immigration attorneys.


Rate: $60/hour (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do:

• Appear in person at the Charlotte Immigration Court to cover a Master Calendar Hearing

• Represent the client at scheduled MCH proceedings

• Coordinate with the firm’s immigration team before and after the hearing as needed


Training & Support:

Paid training provided by the national law firm


Requirements:

• Prior immigration law experience, including court appearances

• Active EOIR number

• Admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Ability to appear in person in Charlotte, NC (April 2026)
