Akkodis is seeking a HRIT Systems Analyst role is a Full-time with a client in Deer Park, TX (Onsite), We are ideally looking for an applicant with 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). Should have a strong background in HRIS/HRIT environments, including LMS administration, user support, learning assignments, compliance training, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
Salary Range: $110k-115K/annum + Benefits; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description:
- HRIT Systems Analyst – Learning Systems (SuccessFactors LMS / Workday)
- Seeking a highly collaborative HRIT Systems Analyst (Learning Systems) to support and optimize our enterprise learning technology landscape, with primary ownership of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and growing responsibilities within the Workday ecosystem.
- Operating as a team member in our broader Workday-centric support team, this role will be part of HRIT support team but will work directly with the Training and Development team as the functional and technical subject matter expert ensuring seamless integration between SuccessFactors LMS, the Workday HCM, and the company’s integrated learning environment.
- The ideal candidate brings strong SuccessFactors LMS expertise, a systems mindset, and the ability to operate across platforms, with a desire to build capability in Workday over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional and technical lead for SuccessFactors Learning, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Manage ongoing LMS system configuration, testing and deployments
- Consults with and collaborates with learning administrators for optimization and automation opportunities to support the business needs and alignment with functional enhancements
- Manage end-to-end LMS operations, including course/catalog structure, curricula, assignments, compliance training, and learning history
- Lead enhancements, releases, and system updates, including regression testing and validation
- Drive Continuous Improvement & Transformation by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve user experience, system capabilities, and learning enablement
- Partner with HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align learning processes with business needs
- Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Manage third-party learning content providers and integrations
Workday Alignment & Cross-System Support
- Operate within the HRIT support model, aligning processes, ticket management, and governance with HR standards and SLA’s
- Develop working knowledge of Workday HCM, security, and business processes
- Support integration points between Workday and SuccessFactors LMS
- Collaborate with Workday systems analysts on cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to a unified employee experience across platforms
- Named point-of-contact with SuccessFactors
Operations, Support & Service Delivery
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for system issues and inquiries via ServiceNow and Workday Help
- Troubleshoot system defects, integration failures, and data discrepancies
- Manage and prioritize enhancement requests
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides
- Deliver end-user training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HRIT systems analyst experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) configuration
- Experience in configuration, testing, and support
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow / Workday Help
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to Workday HCM
- Experience supporting multi-platform HR environments
- Understanding of learning and compliance processes
- Integration and vendor experience
- SuccessFactors certifications
- Experience in regulated environments
