Human Resources Specialist

Ideal Candidate Profile

• MUST have Healthcare Experience
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and performance management
• Experience managing recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• Knowledge of employment laws, FMLA, ADA, EEO, workers' compensation, and HR compliance
• Experience maintaining HRIS systems and employee records
• Exposure to payroll and benefits administration
• Comfortable advising managers and leadership on HR issues
• Able to work independently as the primary HR resource for an organization
• Preferred Backgrounds
