Human Resources Manager

LHH is partnering with a growing organization is seeking a hands-on HR Leader to own full-site HR operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is a true HR department of one role, supporting a mix of hourly and salaried employees within a manufacturing setting. This position offers a high level of autonomy and visibility, ideal for someone who thrives in environments where they can make an immediate impact and help drive change. Please note this role is 100% on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle HR for the site, including recruiting, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and reporting
• Serve as the go-to HR partner for leadership, providing insights, updates, and recommendations
• Operate independently and make day-to-day HR decisions in a highly autonomous environment
• Support a diverse workforce, including bilingual and Spanish-speaking employees
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and scalable HR practices
• Help navigate organizational change in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Manufacturing experience required
• Spanish bilingual, added plus
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of decisions and outcomes
• Comfortable presenting metrics, updates, and insights to leadership
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
