HRIS Implementation Administrator | Configuration, Data & Client Go-Live (Wichita, Onsite)

"HRIS Administrator" can mean two very different jobs. One resets access, runs reports, and works a ticket queue while someone else decides how the system actually behaves. The other configures the environment, migrates the data, tests the setup, and verifies that a client's go-live runs cleanly.

This is the second one.

Market HR Services is a PEO scaling for a real expansion. We're onboarding 10 to 12 bank clients around January 1, and the system side of that growth has to be built right. Client environments must be configured correctly, data must migrate cleanly, and workflows must support payroll and benefits before anyone goes live. When the implementation seat is weak, payroll, benefits, compliance, and client confidence all absorb the cost. This role exists so they don't.

You'll own the build, not the backlog.

What you'll own:

  • Configure HRIS modules, security roles, workflows, eligibility rules, data fields, and client-specific logic so each environment works before go-live.
  • Partner with the implementation team on client onboarding, data migration, imports, validation, system testing, and issue resolution.
  • Chase root causes across HR, payroll, benefits, IT, implementation, and clients, and close configuration and data issues before they turn into service failures.
  • Train internal teams and clients to operate the system in plain, practical terms.

This is hands-on, detail-heavy systems work. It is not a strategic manager lane, and it is not remote. You'll be in the Wichita office through onboarding and system mastery.

You're a strong fit if you bring:

  • 2 to 4+ years working hands-on in HRIS platforms: configuring, testing, and troubleshooting, not just consuming reports or entering data.
  • Direct implementation, onboarding, rollout, data migration, or system-testing experience that shows up as real project execution, not vague HR-tech exposure.
  • Sharp data habits: imports, audits, validation, Excel, and documentation you'd stand behind under workload pressure.
  • Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, timekeeping, onboarding, and HR compliance, so you understand what a system error breaks downstream.
  • Client-facing or service experience, because this seat supports onboarding and user adoption, not only internal admin.

iSolved configuration experience, a PEO/ASO or multi-client services background, a related degree, and project-coordination training are all pluses. None is required to be a strong fit. This won't fit someone whose HRIS experience is end-user only, or who hands off unresolved issues instead of driving them to closure. The detail is the job.

Compensation ranges from $25.50 to $32.50 per hour, depending on experience, full-time at roughly 40 to 45 hours per week, with a 401(k) company match, health, dental, and vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

If you've configured the system, owned the data, and carried out a rollout to a clean go-live, this is a seat where that depth decides the outcome. Bring the implementation discipline. There's a real client buildout waiting for it.
