As our HRIS Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HR technology ecosystem, ensuring accurate employee data, seamless system functionality, and meaningful reporting that supports strategic business decisions.

What You'll Do

As the organization's HRIS subject matter expert, you will:

HRIS Administration & System Optimization

  • Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for UKG Pro and related HR technology platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Research, implement, and manage new workflows, processes, and system enhancements.
  • Train and support users across the organization to maximize system effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, generate, and analyze workforce, payroll, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Deliver actionable insights that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Manage data extraction, reporting, and analysis across multiple business functions.
  • Coordinate the annual total compensation statement process.

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee and payroll data across systems.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Support federal, state, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Help ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve organizational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR analytics, payroll systems, or related roles.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, Paycom, or similar systems.
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support system users.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
