We are seeking an HRIS Administrator with ADP administration expertise. The Employee Success Administrator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department. The role primarily centers around being the HRIS Administrator for ADP.


Duties/Responsibilities:


1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

2. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes through ADP.

3. Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

4. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

5. Assists with payroll functions such as answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, etc.

6. Acts as a liaison between the organization and the external benefits providers and vendors which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.

7. Conducts new hire orientation.

8. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment and organization wide meetings.


  • Process Onboarding and verify I-9 documents
  • Assists with Recruiting as time permits
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have ADP Administrator experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with ADP
  • Must have an understanding of federal labor laws
  • Must possess the physical, mental, and cognitive skills needed to complete essential tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for comprehension, problem-solving, and timely decision-making.


Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field required.
  • Must have previous experience as an ADP Administrator


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.


Working Conditions:

  • Travel to locations is necessary at times.
  • Occupational Exposure - Category Ill exposure to blood-borne pathogens and may encounter chemical hazards.
