Healthcare organization is seeking an HR Generalist on a contract basis. Contract role to start with the potential to go permanent. Must have 3+ years of well-rounded HR experience including reporting, proficiency in excel and Workday. Workday experience is required to be considered.


Pay rate: $32 - $38/hr (depending on experience)

Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days/week onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support payroll activities, including data entry and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with immigration processes, including documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Participate in performance management and compensation reviews, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, specifically Workday, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, time and absence management, and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing HR operations.
  • Ability to analyze employee data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
