- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and supervisors
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and workplace issues
- Help create a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture within a manufacturing environment
- Develop onboarding, communication, and training programs that support long-term employee engagement
Strategic Business Partnership
- Work closely with plant leadership to forecast workforce needs and organizational growth
- Support the integration of international leadership and local operations
- Build scalable HR processes that will support the company's future expansion
- Provide workforce metrics and recommendations to leadership teams

- Strong understanding of recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations
- Experience implementing or managing HRIS systems and workforce reporting
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with employees and leadership alike
Preferred Experience
- Greenfield manufacturing startup experience
- High-volume recruiting and staffing agency management
- Experience supporting multinational or international organizations
- Familiarity with Kentucky manufacturing labor markets
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
