Human Resources Director

The opportunity

Preparing for a commercial product launch and scaling accordingly. This is not a policy-and-process role. We need a credible business partner who earns a seat at the table with senior leaders, speaks the language of the business, and can operate with minimal hand-holding in a fast-moving environment. If you've helped a biotech team navigate the shift from clinical to commercial, you already know what this job feels like.

What you'll own

• Day-to-day HR partnership for a 250+ person manufacturing and technical operations site
• Employee relations, investigations, and front-line manager coaching
• Partnership with talent acquisition and L&D on succession planning, 9-box, and workforce development
• Translating global HR policy into U.S.-compliant, multi-state execution
• Building trust across all levels of the organization, from the plant floor to the C-suite

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with meaningful time as a true business partner
• Demonstrated track record influencing VP and C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in a plant, manufacturing, or highly regulated scientific environment
• Multi-state U.S. employment law fluency
• Biotech or biopharma experience preferred, not required
• Comfortable being the most senior HR presence on site while operating within a global structure
