About the Opportunity:
A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support their HR team during a large-scale ERP implementation and transition to Workday. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-impact HRIS transformation while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working directly with employees to resolve HR-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR-related inquiries
Respond to questions related to benefits, policies, and HR programs via phone and email
Support employee lifecycle transactions, including updates and record maintenance
Guide employees on HR self-service tools and processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in HR documentation and data entry
Maintain strong communication across HR teams and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
1+ year of HR experience OR 2+ years of client/customer service experience in a corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations
Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a high-volume environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Technical aptitude with HR systems and databases
Preferred Background:
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar)
Previous experience in a corporate HR environment
Bilingual capabilities are a plus
Additional Details:
Full-time, standard business hours (8am–5pm, some flexibility)
Hybrid work environment (details discussed during interview process)
